The owners name is Robert J. Boudreau, he has several companies that buy old bankruptcy and other very old out dated collections. His affiliates are Boudreau and Associates LLC, Cypress Capital Partners LLC and Boudreau & Associates Consulting Inc. Normally their Trade Line will not show up on your CR, but it will list them in the Inquiry Section.

My wife sued them, as they could not validate the debt. She did not win any money, but neither did they. We each paid our own costs and they can't collect on the old debt. By mere fact that they arn't allowed to pursue or sell off the debt, is just as good as winning.

I would suggest that you send them a Limited C&D, Validation, and dispute letter as soon as possible.

A complaint was also listed by us at the BBB and with the Attorney General of their state of NH. Another complaint would probably be good.

Robert J. Boudreau is the registered Agent for his own company. We served him at the main office. He is an attorney and works with another attorney by the name of Robert O'Brien.
