Punitives under FDCPA---yes/no?

I read a case recently which suggests that punitives are available under the FDCPA, but it is definitely dicta. I may find some holding...haven't really searched too hard.

Anyone wanna voice a strong opinion in one direction or the other? I will grab the cite to the case referenced above if I consider it appropriate.

My answer is "yes" and I do have a legal argument to make in support. I am curious what ya'll think.
