I have been sitting it out for almost a year now, everytime I get a call I ignore them with no response which so far has been my best defense.............I have over 100K debt on CC. The more you interact with the CA's the better chance you have of them following you.............from my experience. I have 2 years to until 3 years SOL...........I could have filed Chapter 7 but will use that as a last resort.
