If you show your cards( your fear of being sued) you WILL be sued.

Does your credit report indicate you have a good job? Non exempt assets? Other accounts you are paying on time?If so, you WILL be sued, no matter what you do.

If not, get an unlisted #, opt out, do not reply to letters or calls.
