They love Canada, even if the USA dollar has lost 20% of its value against the Canadian dollar this year, they are making out very well by paying collectors in Canadian dollars.

I am surprised that you don't know that many creditors use foreign agencies to collect on debts.

I can assure you I have a license to collect in every USA state.

My sympathies are with the debtors that really can not pay their debts due to no income/assets, age and illness. For these individuals my heart goes out, they have been kicked and broken down enough. People like this do not deserve to be tormented by something they can do nothing about.

Stop trying to challenge me and my intentions and accept the fact that there really are:

Debt collectors that DO follow the FDCPA laws, and care about people and their personal situations.

Collectors that offer very fair settlements.

Collectors that offer monthly payment options that are affordable to prevent them filing a bankruptcy.

Collectors that are trying to work with you, if you allow them.

I think you would be more comfortable with me if I represented your opinion and vision of a "debt collector". Which appears to be someone for you to hate. This would justify not paying bills, hiding and trying to get out of paying by using the excuse "the bad bill collector broke the rules again...happy days are here once more..1,000 violations adding up.

Have you ever seen a dog stunned by a cat that doesn't run? The dog just stands there, doesn't understand or know how to react.

I think you have been stunned.
