I do not know what your problems are, but they are apparently very serious.

1- You posted in 2 forums case files that you obtained from the public records without regard to the privacy agreement you signed when you accessed them. This required both forum webmasters to delete them.

2- You claim a judgment on record from 1995 is still in effect, you are in Florida where judgments are for 7 years.(unless it was renewed without your fighting it)

3- You complain about getting a 1099C from a creditor, that is for forgiven debt, which means you no longer owe the money. If your finances were so bad that you defaulted, you should not have had very much or indeed any income tax to pay on the "income".
4- You are now being sued again-yet-still? It is over 8 years since your 1995 lawsuit, you obviously were able to get credit of some kind enough to default on recently, (although whatever a "limited" civil action is, escapes me.)

I suggest you get your head together, and pay attention to what you are posting.
