I wish you and yours a Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year. I am sorry that so many on this board have responded to your well intended posts with bitterness and anger, it is not directed at you personally, but at the misbegotten collection agency industry that spawned your job. No matter how nice you are, no matter how much you need the work, no matter what you say or do, the truth is, you are working in a corrupt industry that provides NO benefit to society, saps needed $$ from the economy,destroys lives, produces nothing of value, and, because of cost cutting outsourcing is able to funnel more of it's profits to overseas money laundering financial interests. I am sure, that among other crime syndicate operations there are those in the lower echelons who, like you, are "good" people who are trying to do the "right" thing, but the fact is that you are in a corrupt industry that produces nothing for society but misery and pain.
