I doubt that any such criminal prosocution would or could be carried out. Even IF the credit card company found out WHO falsified the application and WANTED to file charges against her, it would require having your nephew testify against her.

All HE should do, is to file a fraud report, notify the credit card company that the accounts are not his, and have a fraud alert put on his reports.
