I have a similar situation to this. Sherman is collecting for Sears and have never attempted to contact me. They immediately tossed the wonderful task of going after me to an attorney in NJ. I was living in NY, but have moved to a state that requires that the CA be licensed in my state. I have validated with the attorney and am awaiting a response. I am attempting to validate with Sherman, but am having a difficult time finding their address. Can anyone help? Also, is it a violation for Sherman to show on my bureau as if they are the OC.
