Maybe some crafty collection agent is trying to say this is a student loan so that you will think you can't get out of it. That makes sense. I don't like to upset anyone. I know you are under a lot of stress. Have you looked on Why Chat's web page under SOL? You just have to know what kind of loan it is. Written contract?
