Ok, I am sorry I did leave out many details.
But the car was purchased in 1998 and reposessed in 2001, I have been sent all the documents regarding it. Obviously the car was sold way to cheap but, what can I do about it now? For the loan, was purchased by another bank after the repo and after the sale of the vehicle. Now the new bank is the one who has reported the acct on his credit and is now after him, to pay the defficiency. Well they do not send nor call. But its on his credit. With a date of updated 11/2003 Opened 10/98 & closed 2/02
