Posting "Court Data" is Illegal? I think NOT....LMAO

I disagree that it is "illegal" to reiterate information contained in a public record. The Govt has made the information publicly available because it presumably believes that it is in the public's best interest to have access to that data. I agree that a private forum is private property and for that matter it can set its own rules, but there is nothing "illegal" about violating the forum rules. hehe

Some famous Supreme Court cases will confirm this. Florida Star, 491 US 524 (1989) Are you aware of a single statute or case that vaguely suggests that it is "illegal" to reiterate court data?

I am a newcomer as well--I call that "ironic." :)
