huge debt, what to do

short version:
70K in CC debt. balance on a repo 5K .
last paid sept 2002..all charged off.CA's called wrote for a long time, that has stopped, but have 3 civil judgments one 3K one 17K & one 6K.
live in NC.work but have negative cash flow after house payment & insurance, food, & utilities.
no money in savings, 401's, stocks, or anything like that. have exempt equity in house & vehicle...don't own anything of value that is not exempt..So do I file ch7 or sit it out & wait for SOL which won't be until sept 2005.how would my credit look better than it does now which is below 500 fico.....BK or SOL
