Validation letter/address or PObox?

I am getting ready to send a validation letter to Central Credit Services in St. Charles Mo. The letter I have from them gives a PO Box, on BBB's website I also found a street address under same name, different phone #. Should I send it to PO Box or street address. I know this is a dumb question but I do not want to give them a chance to say they did not get it, trying to protect all sides I guess. Thanks
