Served papers??

Hi,

My sister is being served papers by an attorney for an old Discover card bill. She has not paid anything on this account in probably 7 years or more. She had this debt when she lived in Pa and now lives in NV. She was served in NV. I know the SOL for PA is 6 yrs. and for NV it is 4 years. What can she do? How can she be sure when she last paid or when the SOL time period should of started?
