My CR's are now clean with the exception of a paid C/O from two years ago. It is from a utility company that was in my X's name. I do not recall ever adding my name to the account. (my X may have) It was paid with a joint checking account. I have repeatedly requested the utility co. to give me some type of documentation that I was added to the account and when. They don't (or can't) and say we just didn't make it up, good-bye. Do I have any recourse here, what do I do?
