I post ALL the helpful material I can (that is legal),including validation, BK and sites like Bud Hibbs.

I certainly believe in validation, and urge people to use it WHEN APPROPRIATE.

I particularly recomend the validation proccess when it is NOT your debt, or when you were an AU or if there is NO risk of being sued.

I do NOT suggest it as a method of cleaning your cresit if it IS your debt and you are within SOL.

If a person just wants to stop harrassment they can send a limited cease and desist.

Someone who sends validation requests to a CA when they are within SOL is inviting trouble.

Sure, many CA's do not have the ability to validate completely and accurately, but they often DO have enough proof of a debt to satisfy a Magistrate and get a judgment.

The "validation" method pushers are like most scams, they brag about their success rate and never mention their failures. Like the "don't pay income tax" schemes, the ones who lose out are the % who get caught.
