CG's information may work for you and I wish you luck in court. However, a judge can just as easily laugh his 'illegal banking system' stuff out of a courtroom as quickly as an uninformed judge can squash claims that are based in the TILA, the FCRA, and FDCPA !!

Anyone who frequents these and other boards must take what they learn and use it (or not) as they see fit. No one is doing any gagging or arm-twisting to MAKE people take advice given here or to shut off other info given IF it is based in fact and in law - and not some internet "urban legend" or scam.
