Contact Information for ASG (Account Solutions Group)?

About 2 years ago, my brother-in-law came to stay with us for about 2 weeks when his mother passed away and he was mourning, selling her house, etc. He then moved off to his own place in another state. Well, about 4 months ago, I got a call from ASG asking to speak with him about 'a bank application', so I told the ASG representative that he does not live here, never has, but I would get the message to him so I took down the number and gave it to my brother-in-law who said he would call ASG. About 2 weeks later, I began receiving at least 2 or 3 calls a week from ASG and have been ever since, always between 8 and 9pm. The calls come from a blocked number, so they are intercepted by our privacy director and all I hear is 'This is ASG with an urgent matter, please.....' I can't get their 800 number to get back in touch with them. My understanding of Fair Debt Collection, however, is that I am a third party to which they are allowed ONLY one call, and when they called my house I told them they had the wrong phone number they should not have called again. Now, it is constant and continuous illegal harassment, and before filing formal complaints with records of their calls I wanted to first contact ASG and give them the opportunity to correct this. Now, with all that said, does anyone have the 800 number for the collections people at ASG?
