whychat.............i missed that post but i am living proof it does work. Lawyers really don't spend that much time responding to OC's or CA's, their response is very standard, "we are prepared to file immediately if you proceed with any type of action" which in my case is true. I firmly believe this was a better choice than going for bankruptcy instantly.
