Hello,
I have been paying on an old Lowe's debt for over two years now. It was charged of in 1997 and turned over to Vengroff. I have made payments of $100. a month but the settlement offer never goes down low enough to where I can pay it. They always ask for $1,500. I'm in Texas. It's definately past sol. My question is if I send them a past sol letter does it have to be typed? I don't have a printer or a type writer. Too embarassed to use someone elses. Will the sol letter stop them from calling me? I am on call a lot and also sleep days. At a loss of what to do. I'm sick of this situation.
Thank you. Someone told me about this site. Glad to be here.
