Hi there. I am close to being sued by Citibank for a credit card that was charged off. The account went late sometime in 2001 and I am in Florida. Since I'd really rather avoid a lawsuit if possible I thought I'd try to settle with Citibank directly. Does anyone know how to go about doing that? Who to contact and what kind of letter to send? Thanks.
