yes, I did not lie about anything and they are calling in my mortgage company as well and are referring to a dollar amount that I had done a refinance to back in november of 01, it almost looks as if they think I sold it but did not it was a refi only and I took no money either, I live in new jersey...i was curious on what to expect because my lawyer said this had never happened before..now why me and I own the house with a bodyfriend and he has to be there to and only I claimed bk how confusing
