I have an old Doctors bill on my credit report. It is from January 1988 and has gone to a CA. The state is Illinois. I am wondering if the SOL has expired. What kind of debt is it? (Oral Agreement, Written Contract, Promisary Note, Open Accounts) Where can I find good definations of these debt types?
