Don't hold your breath, you'll NEVER get a copy of ANYTHING from JBC !! They're full of crapola and in deep doo-doo with several states AND the Feds for their illegal threats and behavior. They can NOT take you to court its an illegal threat. They can NOT have you put in jail (one of their favorite threats), the threat is illegal ! Their additional fees are ILLEGAL !! DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME ! The max SOL on a bounced check, if its even valid, per the FDIC is THREE YEARS. Send them WhyChats SOL letter and tell JBC to go get bent !!! Then, go to the FTC web site, or call them, and file a complaint against JBC. Also file a complaint with YOUR state Atty General's office AND the AG of NJ (where JBC is based).
