They most likely will not give you their address to send a letter,they likely wanted you to send them a western union MO to a PO Box.
If you have their phone #, contact the Tx Attorney General's Office and file a fraudulent extortion complaint.

If they call again, ask them to speak clearly and give their name as the call is being recorded for the purpose of filing criminal charges against them.
