I talked to my lawyer today and he has contacted them and says they are in violation. I retained a laywer and the settlement (not past SOL) was not saitifactory for them. My lawyer called and said they might try to settle with us and use our lawyer against us. He wil call them again to tell them they are in violation and make sure they have his contact info.
