Just got back from India (company sent me) and one of our new workers advised he worked a call center for Providian and Household each. He kept his Household training manual. He gave it to me for a Christmas present :).

Still have jet lag so no time to really go over it, but I will.

I did see that there are scripts to follow and pressure tactics and when to appy.
