Is it four years, or would it be considered a "written contract," which according to your site has a SoL of six years.
It's the same thing as what WoodWorker has, it seems, so it shouldn't be considered a "student loan" and can be discharged. Is that about right?
Also, what's the deal with getting loans discharged for causing financial hardships?
