I requested validation from Colelct America

When they didn't respond and didn't mark as delete I sent them a second letter saying delete if you can't valdiate and remove all inquiries until such time as you CAN delete or I will sue you for colelction activity after a validation request and not markign "in dispute"

THey deleted and removed inquiries as soon as I disputed the second time with CRA about a week after I sent that sencond letter
