Hi:
My BK Chapter 7 case was discharged and closed this month.
I had a lawsuit that I included in my BK filings. I called the court and there is a default judgment against defendant 1(my ex), but they left the case pending for me.
What should I do? Should I send them a copy of my discharge so they can remove my name form the case.
I live in Florida. It was a lawsuit for a repossed car.
