hi board i am new here but been readin the posts. i wanted to warn the poster dealing with a charge off frm cap one or as someone put it..crap one lol. last call they told me texans were deadbeats..i find that highly racist since i was born less than 10 miles frm where i live now. no we r all not deadbeats. we do have probs in life tho that cause us to not have money. cap one will not work with u at all on payments..nor will collectcorp or triad. dont react..im laying low on them and not pissin them off any more than i can..let them sue we have nothing to get anyways by now. (my hb is very ill) just laff at them as i do most days..(i got 51 calls in 3 days once frm them)..do tell them they cant call ur work tho cause they will try that. i sent certified mail which they wouldnt sign for..however ur receipt is notice enuff in court. learn the laws of ur state..and know they r nasty people who will say anything to u. i have a whole list of illegal things they have done already and if i had the money i would buy a tape recorder. dont send any money as it will feed the piranhas and cause them to go nuts calling and threatening u. i was told to sell my house to pay them and move to a trailer lmao my house is worth less than a trailer anyways. hugsss to all posters...u all do a great job...dont get down. we do our best..we cant make money where there isnt any. my credit is now past shot...and since i am in my 50's..oh well. u pay ur priorities..if ur like me..and dont sweat the other too much if u can. medicine..drs..food..lights..car..the rest will have to wait until someone dies and the judgement can be paid. happy new year everyone..may it be better for us all :)..
