Thank you so much, worksucks. The store did give me a little slip of paper with a number to call. I was a bit shaken when I got home and didn't think about that before I posted. I walked through the door and came right to the computer.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. It gives me the guts to go ahead and make that call.

People on this forum are the best. It helps tremendously to know there are other good people out there that are going through the same hassles - as well as people like Whychat and Ladynred who provide solid advice on a regular basis. This place is a lifeline to sanity.
