What grounds? hmm. there are so many to choose from. They like to impersonate clerks of the court and sherrifs. They ignore cease and desist orders and they threaten criminal action and bodily harm if you do not pay. One lady they threatened to rape if she did not pay. They love to threaten legal action and always threaten your credit report. I could go on but you get the idea. Bottom line for everyone- sue them. sue them. sue them. complaints do nothing. they paid people off to look the other way. sue sue sue.
