MBNA sold my account to Wolpoff and Abramson. They sent me a letter stating they are taking me to arbitration. Do I get at least 30 days notice to prepare? if they win, how soon can they try to take money out of my bank account? I have no property and rent. But I have a few dollars in the bank. Also if I file BK and it gets approved do I have to pay Federal taxes on the amount the bank does not get paid because BK court cancelled it??/ Thank you
