If you have not property or any substantial liquid assets, you have got nothing to worry about.. You say a few dollars.. so you should be ok... usually there is something that is found by research, ect to force sell an account to W&A. You do not own anything of value?.. IN regards to your account being included in BKO.. you will not have to pay any taxes on it..
