I am looking for any sample letters or advice on how to write a "settlement letter" to some credit card companies. It is my hope that once I show them what I owe and what has happened to me since 911 (Employment, health etc..) that they will accept a large portion (but less than full) of what I owe. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks & Happy New Year!
