Went to WhyChat's fantastic website, but i am confused. In NH, it says that if a credit card co. sues me- 50times the minimum wage is exempt. So that is $300.00! You are telling me that they can take the other $300.00 I make per week! (I make 600 per week). I could not live on that and i am quite worried. One last question- it says that it cannot be an ongoing thing- what does that mean?"All future wages are exempt"... Also, what about bank account siezure- can they seize my accounts before a judgement?
