Any Advice

MY wife and I have 9 accounts that are current. I have been recently laid off for about 2 months. MY accounts add up to about 6k, my wifes are about 12k. I can make my payments and keep my credit good. We have a house payment in both our names. The car is in my name only. We both did the opt out yesterday. I have a good job, she did but got laid off and now has a $7.00 job. When I get back to work I plan to pay my accounts to atleast 50% of the limit and refinance the house in my name only. When the CA's start calling I plan to tell them we are separated and plan on getting a divorce and no longer lives here and I have no idea where she is, which is a complete lie. Then later try to settle her debt one at a time. I am well aware at that time seek profesional help and trust no one get it all in writing first. any advice or input on this? anything I should add or delete? Thanks
