can they freeze ur checking account? are u given notice on this? all we have is a paycheck in it..used for bills..(no no assets sorry CA lol) and i will search for how much they can get in texas..i know they cant garnish wages here. i was told they can put a lien on my house..even tho its mortaged.and then im not allowed to sell it? that makes no sense. not sure about that as in texas u cant have 2 mortages and i dont understand about that. ty guys in advance i shoulda got a law degree when i was young cause laypeople can not understand this..and lawyers here want 150$ to answer questions for u. i appreciate any input! i am good with puters so if u have a link..anything for me to read i will...ty i been searching a few days and cant find the law here in texas...not bankrupcty..did that already 5 years ago..but judgement laws and accounts and things like ur house..
