Their lawyer lied to my attorney general and I am now attempting to have ANOTHER state agency catch them out in their comments so that I can prove their entire colelction efforts have b een illegal. Until they are done with their investigation and until the ACA is done with THEIR investigation I have to sit tight. BUT once i have what I need to bury Asset I will be filing a suit - whether it be individual or class action remains to be seen - until then contact someone ad www.edcombs.com they are looking into a class action against Asset. They will have you send copies of documents to them so they can assess your situation and see if they can help you.
