no reason why i don't want to contact OC i have alot charge offs due credit cards and now in a debt negotation program and working to pay off the debts in about 2yrs or so i be debt free mess up credit report but no bk THE main reason why i asked about charge offs is that i have c citibanl acct with patenuade and felix and attempting to settle it and they want the full amount it still shows as citibank account along with all the other accts so i sent a debt propsal to citibank since the law firm does not want to settle for at least 65 % thanks for the info
