That is why after receiving their fax, SIGNED you pay. via western union this will/should be in the agreement as well.
Also they will try to say they can't go that low, that they have not been authorized by their client, BS, They can get a statement of intent from their client for whom they have been authorized to negotiate the debt on their behalf.
THEY HAVE THE POWER.... This will be a SIF in EOM end of month. They will accept 30% when their client only authorized 75% Also get A department Manager to sign the agreement. DO not let them draw up the agreement!!!
If they give you any BS then simply say Forget it!
Then if they say it has to be reviewed by A managaer tell them they have 1 hour, and that you will call back....
Calling from a payphone is best also.....
