I assume you are talking about accounts tha are past SOL, and therefore legally uncollectible? What a GREAT idea !!! They take $40. per $100. of an account they paid 4 ¢ on the $ for, they delete their collection account from your report (as agreed) then they sell the balance with a copy of YOUR NEW SIGNED AGREEMENT to another bottom feeder, who can LEGALLY place the balance on your reports under a NEW account # for a NEW 7 year period. And don't say you will "make sure"in your agreement that they are not permitted to sell the balance, it is an unenforceable clause as it is an illegal "restraint of trade" Congratulations, you have just hit the jackpot of dumb ideas, (unless of course, you are a CA troll)
