Captal One will settle but it takes many great letters........
In our case 4 letters actually settlement offers, and they finally agreed to 40%. We are getting quite good at this settling thing....
Also had the rating changed via the CRA. hopefully stays that way, it appears as closed by credit guarantor, but paid..... No derogs....
