I am only posting personal experiences, and to date they have worked....
You may know the law, but what is your actual real day to day experience with anyof these topics?
It is very hard to get companies to abide to the laws that is why many consumers are endruing damages on their credit reports because of it. re-aging accts, selling the difference to other CA's when they have accepted a SIF.... That would be illegal of them this much I know..
Also yes the letters I have received do state SIF....
