the problem still remains, a signed fax will likely not be accepted by a CRA if the removal does not occur and needs to be handled by the debtor.

a collection agency in Dallas,TX did run into problems for employees signing faxes in the name of their manager and without power to do so and without permission and CA's did remain on CR's
