in the case you get a letter that they will delete it from your CR ( in this case I am talking 4 bad checks that have been turned over to Check Rite - was out of the country for 11 months for the job , direct deposit got cancelled by some mysterious reason ( loks like it appeared when my US file got transferred to Brussels ) and my mom waited too long to go deposit my paychecks).
By the time she deposited the checks had bounced and turned over to CheckRite.
What should I do, I need this of my CR but I want a permanent deletion, it is the CA that reported me to the big 3 not the OC.

Should I bargain with the OC or CA

SOL not over yet ( at least I think - under what SOL does a check fall?)
