yes i looked it up and yes they can. been learning some stuff tonite..every state is so diff. ty for answering me...i figured out about the lien too...they had mentioned. appreciate ur time very much! :) i did a backwards search for collection attorneys and they put their methods online lol. duh them lol. that word lawyer scares most people and a judgement is a very bad thing..its just we dont have the money no matter what at the moment.
