Okay, quik story for those not in the know. Sued by CA last year, they got judgement in November. I filed my appeal on December 8. New trial set for February 17. I just got served with a copy of garnishment papers that were filed by CA's attorney on December 11. Now, it is possible that their filing garnishment and notification of my appeal could have crossed paths. But, this envelope is postmarked December 30. They can't do thisyet, can they?
